This Refund Policy outlines Our approach to refunds and credits for subscriptions, credits, and lifetime deals associated with the use of SheetSocial. By using SheetSocial, You agree to this Refund Policy. If You do not agree, please discontinue the use of the Service.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SheetSocial.
  • Service refers to the use of the SheetSocial application, either through subscriptions or lifetime deals.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Subscription Plan refers to the monthly or yearly plan that allows You to access the Service based on a recurring payment structure.
  • Lifetime Deal (LTD) refers to the one-time purchase that provides You lifetime access to SheetSocial without recurring charges.
  • AppSumo refers to a third-party platform where Lifetime Deals for the Service are sold.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND CREDITS

  1. Refund Eligibility
    You are eligible for a refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that you have not consumed more than 25% of the credits associated with Your plan.
  2. Partial Refunds
    After 14 days, refunds for the unused portion of a Subscription Plan may be issued at Our discretion. Refunds for unused credits will only be given if the subscription has been canceled before the next billing cycle.
  3. No Refund for Expired Credits
    Credits associated with Subscription Plans that expire at the end of the monthly or yearly cycle are non-refundable and will not roll over into the next cycle.
  4. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact Our support team at support@sheetsocial.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

LIFETIME DEALS (LTD)

  1. AppSumo Refund Policy
    Lifetime Deals for SheetSocial are subject to AppSumo’s refund policy. This means You can request a refund through AppSumo in accordance with their policies and deadlines. Typically, LTD purchases from AppSumo are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
  2. Direct LTD Purchases
    If You have purchased a Lifetime Deal directly from SheetSocial (outside of AppSumo), the same refund window and conditions apply. Refunds must be requested within 60 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  3. No Refund for LTD Users After 60 Days
    After the 60-day refund period, all LTD sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time or use of the Service.
  4. How to Request a Refund for LTD
    If You purchased through AppSumo, please follow the refund process on their platform. For direct purchases, contact Us at support@sheetsocial.com to initiate the refund request.

CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update Our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
